The curse of Seattle strikes again.

Sharkman let me know that he has had some personal stuff come up and won't be able to run Seattle. Hopefully, he gets the issues worked out and returns to the league at a later date.

As of Free Agency 3, Seattle will be under computer control. I'll get someone in Seattle as soon as possible.
