Are there any rules or restrictions about resigning your players? I've checked the rules and couldn't see anything about it but I'd like to know for sure.

well, don't sign the good players, leave them for Iowa City. And if you have to renegotiate with a player, just cut them, or trade them to me.

It's an unwritten rule in the Great Lakes Division...lol
